My Story
Lindsay Williamson, Pediatric Occupational Therapist and
Baby-Led Sleep and Wellbeing Specialist
When my first baby was born, I thought I was prepared for sleep — I had read all the books and followed all the “right” advice. But when my baby only slept in my arms, I felt like I was failing. As a pediatric occupational therapist, I couldn’t ignore the gap between what parents were being told and what babies truly needed for regulation and connection.
Through research, reflection, and a lot of trial and error, I began to understand that my baby’s sleep wasn’t broken, it was biologically normal. That experience completely reshaped how I support families today: with compassion, science, and the reminder that rest and connection are inseparable.

Your baby won’t
