24/7 access to your doula by text and phone call from the moment you hire us until 6 weeks postpartum

A minimum of two in-home personalized prenatal visits focused on building a trusting relationship, refining your birth plan, and preparing coping strategies

Collaboratively writing a birth and postpartum plan tailored to your wishes and needs

On-call availability starting at 37 weeks to provide reassurance and guidance as you approach your due date

Continuous support during labor and birth, offering comfort measures, and emotional encouragement, reinforcing your birth plan wishes

Support for your partner or birth companion, helping them feel confident and involved

Minimum of One postpartum visit to check in on your recovery, answer newborn care questions, and offer emotional support

Access to back-up doula support to ensure continuous care from a trusted provider in the event of an emergency or illness

Essential Doula Support — $1,000
Our wonderful rising doulas who have completed full BWS training and are passionate about providing loving, attentive care throughout your pregnancy and birth. Perfect if you want expert support at a more accessible price point.
Experienced Doula Support — $1,500
Our mid-level doulas bring additional hands-on experience, advanced comfort skills, and deeper expertise. They have supported many families in all different birth settings (home, hospital and birth center) and are ready to provide confident, calm guidance tailored to your unique birth.
Midwife-Led Doula Support — $3,000
Our Monitrice Team consists of doulas who are also trained midwives. With over 4,000 births attended collectively, they bring decades of clinical experience combined with the nurturing, continuous support of a doula. A monitrice is a skilled professional who bridges midwifery and doula care, offering expert guidance, advocacy, and comfort for families seeking the highest level of personalized support and advocacy. While our Monitrice Team offers expert doula support with midwifery experience, you will still need a primary care provider, such as a midwife or physician, to oversee your medical care throughout pregnancy and birth.
